Terms and Conditions for PWR Transportation LLC
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using the services provided by PWR Transportation LLC (“the Company”), all passengers (“the Passenger”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, mechanical failure, or actions of third parties.
- The Company is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers are advised to ensure they have all their belongings before exiting the van.
- The Company’s liability for any proven claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
3. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
- Any behavior deemed disruptive, dangerous, or illegal (including but not limited to harassment, vandalism, or intoxication) may result in immediate removal from the vehicle and/or refusal of future service.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times where provided. Failure to do so is at the passenger’s own risk.
4. Booking and Cancellations
- Bookings must be made in advance through the official booking platform or authorized agents.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 Hours prior to the scheduled departure to be eligible for a refund.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Health and Safety
- Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver or Company staff.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to pose a health or safety risk to others.
6. Indemnity
Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
